The most unusual and yummy recipes we've found and some we've made.

Chocolate Vodka - now I've had a chocolate vodka once and was most disappointed as it was flakey chcolate not disolved in vodka, However this recipe looks the real thing. I'm going to have to try it. I've got chocolate and I've got vodka!

Look our for the hotel chocolate liquid chocolate - this would be superb as a basis for lots of yummy cocktails:

Liquid Chocolat - Valencia Orange with cointreau. liquid chocolat - valencia orange

Liquid Chocolat - Aztec Chilli would be nice with southern comfort, or jim beam at a push - The aztec chili is how the ancient aztecs of south america like to drink their cocoa, with a hit of mouth warming chilli to tingle the taste buds. made with 72% cocoa dark chocolate with a spicy twist.

The Liquid Chocolat - Classic would be good with some amaretto, baileys and a dash of kahlua! Lots of ice.
